*If you’re Kaiser send an email to your pediatrician. They have sleep consultants on staff. That’s what we did and it helped.

*FB group called Respectful Sleep Training with loads of information and files on wake times, methods, napping, etc...as well as support when you hit a bump in the road!

*Blossom had a sleep support group once a month led by a sleep specialist who was great! I went 2-3 times and it was really helpful. It looks like they still have the group!
